A message is then automatically generated and sent to the security or police providing not only the identity, but also the location of the alert. Detention Centers
The TTI Guardian can provide a wireless personal duress button for corrections officers and staff. A simple button press can alert other staff of a duress situation, including the name and location of the person who triggered the alarm. With the addition of the man-down or no movement alarms, an alarm can automatically be generated in the event the unit goes to a prone position or there is no movement for a pre-determined amount of time.
Completely Wireless With Easy Installation
With existing buildings, wired systems are time consuming and expensive to install. The Guardian repeaters are completely wireless requiring no cabling and no A/C power. Designed to run for over two years before the standard alkaline batteries need to be replaced, installation is simple and inexpensive. Additional repeaters can be installed at any time to increase coverage, cover new additions, or even extend coverage to outdoor areas or between buildings. Secure enclosures can even be used to prevent vandalism or safety concerns. Both the two-way pager with personal alarm and the call fob operate on a long life AAA battery. The only powered component of the entire system is the Hub, which even comes with a battery back-up in the event of a power failure. In addition, there are no monthly airtime or recurring charges as with wireless carriers.
